Obby.
2022
Obby. started off as my submission for day 1 of 36 Days of Type in 2022, but after finishing the first letter I found myself enjoying it so much that I decided to complete the rest of the typeface during the second day of the challenge, rather than simply working on individual letters.
As I love quirky, fun and thick lettering I decided to use minimal shapes to create something very minimalistic and bubbly: mixing my professional and quirky sides.
After finishing the alphabet I decided to create a very simple animated intro for the typeface as I believed it looked better than a static one and would allow me to further polish my After Effects skills.
