Hi there, I'm Nik!
My name is Weronika (Nik) Walczak, and I am a Polish-born, Swedish-raised, and UK-based designer/artist. I love working on fun and quirky projects, and enjoy working with many varied fields within the creative industry: from game development to graphic design to art, and really pride myself in being a jack of all trades.
My favourite part of any project is coming up with unique and unexpected ideas that catch viewers by surprise: from frog tinder in a fishing game to an editorial about fast food printed on fast food packaging.

While I have always enjoyed drawing and creating, in the last 5 years I have studied a Games Design and Game Art BA at Brunel University (1st) and in late January of 2022, I finished my postgraduate diploma in Graphic Design at Falmouth University (Merit).

Outside of work, I am an avid gamer, enjoying anything from digital games such as Hades, It Takes Two, The Dark Pictures Anthology and Warhammer: Vermintide 2, to tabletop games, such as DnD, Eldritch Horror and Queendomino.
Outside of gaming, I enjoy long walks in nature, reading, drawing, trying out new recipes, and joining game jams, as well as other design/art challenges, such as ArtFight, Inktober, and many, many more.
