Due to growing up around pets, such as cats and dogs, I have seen a lot of different types of pet food; noticing how a lot of it follows a very similar theme.
As a way to experiment with packaging, I decided to attempt to rebrand dog food as something cute and stylish - packaging that could be showcased in a room, rather than hidden away in a cupboard.
Results
As a way to fulfil this goal, I decided to go for themes opposite to the ones frequently used: pastel colours instead of dark ones, soft and sweet themes rather than serious ones, and fun and quirky typography and logo rather than modern ones.
